Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders are not fulfilled or shipped on weekends or holidays.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is processed.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • You can track your order directly on the carrier’s website to monitor its delivery status.


Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to select countries. If your country is not available at checkout, we do not ship there at this time.

  • Certain items may be restricted or prohibited by international shipping laws. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with local regulations.


Damaged or Lost Items

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your package is damaged or missing items, contact us immediately at huebyhide@outlook.com.

  • We may request photos or additional information to resolve the issue.

  • Hue by Hide is not responsible for delays or damages caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
