At Hue by Hide, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to enjoy every purchase. Due to the nature of our cosmetics and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final.

No Returns or Exchanges

• We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any products, including lip glosses and other personal care items.

• Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at huebyhide@outlook.com.

• Include a photo of the issue so we can evaluate and resolve the problem promptly.

• In such cases, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Gift Cards & Sale Items

• All gift cards and sale items are also final sale and cannot be refunded or returned.
